At every level of the company you choose as your packaging manufacturer, the ISO STANDARD must be integrated as a guarantee that quality requirements are met in the production process, in the procurement of raw materials, in efficient interdepartmental interaction, in customer satisfaction, in meeting delivery deadlines, and in continuous measures to improve all processes within the organization.

CPA began the certification process for implementing the ISO 9001:2000 standard in 2005 with the authorized certification body TÜV SÜD Management Service GmbH and has since regularly renewed it with excellent evaluations in control inspections.

In 2009, CPA successfully transitioned to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, and in mid-2018, successfully completed the transition to ISO 9001:2015.

Since mid-2017, in response to numerous customer requests, CPA has implemented the FSC CoC standard (FSCTM – Forest Stewardship CouncilTM) – license number FSC-C135469. Certification was carried out by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH, and the FSC Standard has since been successfully maintained through surveillance audits. The FSC Standard is a forest resource management system in accordance with FSC requirements, as part of the general management systems.
